I think the elements in this painting speak to Carol's Marines personality.  Extremely strong and stable as a rock, at the same time beautiful and delicate in appearance.

    This is a lovely piece you did for Carol....I have so many of these cone flowers in my garden. Aren´t they fun to paint with their huge centers. Thanks for leaving me a comment on my cupcake...have a great Wednesday.
