Gloria J Zucaro's "It's All About The Cup!"

This is what you paint when you have not decided what to paint at the end of the day.  I had just studied using Dreama's transparent oils and was attracted to anything white that I could put Indian Yellow under as the base for the block-in.  So even though I have the apple, broken spoon and the cookie in the painting, they only have bit parts and the cup is the star.     The cup reflects so much light! I have no experience in oils, but it really looks delicious to work with! I know that is a food term... but doesn't it just lick-able?

    The cup is brilliant, the whole painting is beautiful. Love the colors. I love Dreama's paintings too. I just signed up for one of her workshops finally after admiring her work for so long. Now I have to wait until next year to take it! Whaah!
