My post today is for the Diva's Challenge #107. It is a pattern called "Quandary". It looks easy but is not! But hey, I just let go and had fun. It reminds me of pieces of rice, so some of my other patterns also start with the letter "R". Of course, "Fescue" does not! But I just felt I wanted some there. Other pattern variations are from "Ragz", "River", "Riverstone", and "Rosewood". Be sure to click on over to Laura's website to see the other artists drawings. Have a great day!
3.5" Square on watercolor paper.
Awesome zen!
ReplyDeleteYou made a great tile, I like the leaves at the right bottom side.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! It looks like a quilted fabric.
ReplyDeleteIncorporated into the tile with finesse!
ReplyDeleteThe R's have it. Love the textures on your Quandry quilt. The Fescu is perfect!
ReplyDeleteI love that Fescu in the middle! (Maybe we can rename it Rfescu for this once!)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful job. Love the texture of the watercolour paper coming through :)
ReplyDeleteA brilliant 'tangle Gloria,
ReplyDeleteFancy I never knew that these patterns had names!
Learning all the time. ;D
Have a wonderful weekend whatever you have planned...enjoy! :D
I very much like your DIVA 107 and I like it to read that you had much fun. Some time I will try this zentangle-thing as well. I assume it has a calming effect, hasn't it?
ReplyDeleteAdditional I hopefully have some good news and possibly lots of new followers because I've been awarded a Liebster award this week and I have to nominate 5 blogs to pass it on to...and I've chosen you as one of my 5. You will see all of the details on my current post.
I hope you'll accept??!?!
