I admit to not getting any projects finished! But I have been working for weeks on Cold Wax & Oil Paintings. They take many layers and need to set up or dry before adding too many more layers in one day, so I usually have a week in between.
So today I am showing some Valentines I have done in years past. I hope you had a wonderful Valentines Day. Gloria
6 x 6 Oil painting over old painting.
4 x 6 greeting card zentangle
4 x 6 greeting card zentangle 2
24 x 12 canvas with Scripto marker and Oil Paint
Those chocolates look delicious, can I have one?? Beautiful paintings, as always!
ReplyDeleteHi, if I could send them to you I would! LOL! Thank you

DeleteYou must be a very patient person between waiting for layers to dry and doing the zentangling. I am quite the opposite so I admire that quality.
ReplyDeleteHi Sandee,
DeleteI did have to be a little careful with themarker and then oil on canvas. But I didn't have to wait for any of the other projects. And normally with oil I paint-Wet-on-wet, or alla prima (Italian, meaning at first attempt), is a painting technique, used mostly in oil painting, in which layers of wet paint are applied to previously administered layers of wet paint.
